I photographed Josh and his family a few weeks ago at their home just outside Nashville. They were super nice and Josh is sooo talented. His new cd will be out soon!
I had the honor of photographed Brenda Lee for a feature in a Country Magazine a couple of months ago. She was amazing! I knew she was quite the country legend but had not idea that even The Beatles had opened for HER several years ago…Other bits of trivia lie throughout her house…she has a poster signed by the Beatles for her and a box engraved with "Judy Garland" which was given to her by Judy….The memories were endless and I was in amazement. Brenda was sooo sweet and sent me a signed copy of her new book "Little Miss Dynamite,"…I have started reading it and the amazing facts go on and on. In 1977 Newsweek named Brends one of the Top 20 artists of the past 20 years….Brenda was #7 behind none other then Elivs, The Beatles!! She also was invited to play for the Queen in London and had the plaque to prove it! Above all of her awards..I was mostly impressed to learn that Brenda has done charity work for practially every charitable organization from the Cancer Society to March of Dimes…To learn more, pick up a copy of her new book!
A wonderful client of mine had meet shoot images for both his dental practice and his new christian cd. It looks great and comes out soon!!
I was thrilled when Carmen asked me to photograph her new cd. Though she records in Nashville, we shot the new cd right here in Indiana in her hometown of Zionsville!
I had the opportunity to photograph an AMAZING country singer, Josh Gracin, Monday in Nashville for Country Weekly Magazine. It was for an "At Home" issue (check stores in April…not sure which issue it will be in but I do know it's April). Josh and his family were just wonderful to work with. For those of you who follow American Idol, Josh did VERY well a couple of years ago and is now a country star!! CMT was there creating an upcoming video segment of the shoot and interview of Josh. Everyone was so great to work with and I can't wait for the next one!! Since the issue isn't out, I don't want to share the at home shots with everyone just yet but I took one or two of Josh alone that I'll pop up for now! Enjoy and check out his music if you haven't heard it yet. "Brass Bed" is my favorite…I actually photographed the model in that video for a fashion shoot in Nashville recently. I love Indy…but Nashville is my second home!!!
…if you could take a moment…got to CMT.com and click on tv shows then on CMT's Top 20 countdown….VOTE for Brent..got his start on the show Nashville Star…I photographed music shots AND his wedding! He's great and would appreciate your votes! He's currently at number 18 and I heard he is beating Brooks & Dunn…I LOVE them too and just photographed Ronnie Dunn's daughter for a magazine so I wish them the best but I don't think they need much help these days!
Yea.Nashville Home & Garden Magazine chose my favorite shot I did of Jamie for the cover of their most recent issue! The issue just went on shelves in Nashville with a several page feature of Jamie. Anyway, I really love this shot of her at the front door of her home….I posted this shot earlier but wanted to show the finished cover.

I want to thank Jamie O'Neal for inviting me on the Tim McGraw Cruise Getaway. We had such a blast! We of course had the privilege once again to hear Jamie's amazing voice! There were also tons of other great artists on board….Neil McCoy, Chris Cagle, Heartland, comedian Bill Engvall, a brand new group called Jypsi, other Nashville Hitmakers and of course the one and only Tim McGraw! We had such a relaxing time at sea on the newest and largest Carnival ship the Liberty! We hope to catch the country cruise next year! Here are just a few great shots from that trip from Jan-28-31!
